Before you arrive
Prior to your arrival you will receive a courtesy call from a member of our reception team to ensure we all the correct details, so that your arrival can be as smooth as possible and your stay as special as you’d expect, including any breakfast arangements, dinner reservations or special requests.
We recommend that you find the best route possible for your journey to Southport, one that allows you suitable comfort breaks with open spaces within a safe environment. Pack suitable soft drinks, water, food, hand sanitiser, wipes and disposable bags.
Arrival Day
As you arrive please use one of the hand sanitizer stations provided before reaching the reception desk.
Full payment is to be made at the time of check-in, payment by card is preferred wherever possible.
You may also wish to add a pre-authorisation to your card in order to charge any extra payments to your room during your stay, therefor reducing the need for any further contact to make payments.
All room key cards will be disinfected and sanitized before and after every use.
Our reception team will be at the end of the phone to answer any questions you may have during your stay by dialling ‘200’ from your bedroom telephone
Housekeeping
Our housekeeping team have always worked tirelessly to ensure the hotel cleanliness is maintained to the exceptional standards our guests have come to expect, and we are acutely aware of the increased importance of this during these times
We have the best team and use only the highest quality products which all add to the outstanding standards of cleanliness throughout the whole hotel to ensure that you are as safe as possible throughout your stay.
Your departure
Our reception team will prepare your final bill on the morning of your departure, this will be delivered to your bedroom.
If preferred we can call you after breakfast to answer any queries with your bill and settle your account. Please advise in advance if you will be departing early.
A secure card payment will be taken over the phone through our online payment system as done with your original hotel deposits, we will then email a card receipt to you.
We ask that you please deposit your room keycard in the express check out box at reception as you leave.
Breakfast
Our delicious Breakfast can be enjoyed in the restaurant at The Bold Hotel, however if you would prefer to eat in your bedroom this is not a problem and can easily be arranged

The Bar & Terrace at Lord Street & The Restaurant & Carvery at The Bold (hotel guests)
Tables will be spaced to allow for social distancing.
Dining will be available throughout your stay. A table can be booked by calling the reception team from your room.
Our wonderful Carvery at The Bold will be available but our chef’s will dish up your freshly made roast from behind a screen.
You will order from disposable menus. We please ask that you respect social distancing measures and respect one another.
Special dietary requirements can certainly be accommodated.
